Really disappointed with my experience today. I had to run my truck through the car wash four times because the system kept crashing mid-wash and leaving my vehicle covered in soap each time. Instead of coming out clean, it was left with residue and streaks. After four attempts, I still had to hand clean my truck myself, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash. It was a waste of time and money. I expected much better service and functioning equipment.

Some chunky girl it’s literally 7:35 when I went to the car wash and the girls said the free car wash not until 9 AM but if I left a good review, I would get a free one so what is the freaking difference if I would come now now versus nine if it’s still going to be free, so I declined and left a review all right but a one star because that is ridiculous that you have a certain hour for a free car wash but yet you’re willing to give a free wash if you leave a good review makes no sense I posted a picture of the girl whom I was speaking of !!!!!
We bring our rental cars here regularly, and the service is always excellent! The employees are polite, quick to greet you, and very professional. Ms. Cynthia provides great customer service, and the whole team keeps the lot clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
So on last week while going through the getting my car washed it kept hesitating to continue to send me through. I put my car in park and immediately honk my horn for attendant. He came over and guided me to drive my car forward like 2 times he said to put me back on track. Cool. I got back on track and it finish washing my car. I left got food got my daughter from school. Soon as I got home,I looked at the tire, my tire was flat that got stuck at car wash not really having the time to think it was when my car got stuck. Got to tire shop and I was like ,the car wash. Immediately called told me to come fill out a incident report. Went the very next day,filled out for was told Andrew would call to resolve issue. Canceled my subscription because by now I'm traumatized and declined the free month. No one has called or seemed to give a damn. My car good enough to wash and take money from me but a default to their machine causing vehicle problems is where they draw the line. $80 for a split tire and the subscription was $10 a month. Those things can demage your vehicle and not 1 person will give a damn . Truly sad. I gave ample enough time to see if anyone would even act like they cared. Nope. Called left messages and nope no 1 person tried resolving the issue. Leave these drive through car washes where they're. Struggling to get people to patronize their business with back to back promotions because people not buying the other packages. You do me wrong your business shall suffer. Only good business and customer service will last.
