Went on a Wednesday morning about 11:00 and they were finishing the one car in front of me. Was told the wait would only be about 15 minutes and indeed it was. Comfortable waiting area with a play area for kids and a massage chair! Coffee and water were also available. I paid $25 for an exterior wash and I am very pleased with the results. I have been disappointed with local auto washes that put swirls in my vehicle’s paint and don’t offer hand drying. For a comparable price and much better results I can take my car to Aqua instead. I plan to have my vehicle waxed in the near future and will bring it back here.
My partner brought my car in for the highest level detail. First time here. We were told two hours and then they called after one to pick it up. The attached photos are after. Dirt and specs in all the vents and seams. The trunk is literally untouched. These photos are after the “detail”!
I've been here twice with my new vehicle. The first time was back in October and I noticed they didn't do a very good job, but I was also there close to closing time so I assumed they rushed through because they wanted to go home. Fine, my bad. But then I took it in a few weeks ago (mid-day), and hand to God, these are the AFTER photos. Hand. To. God. After!!!!! It was an interior clean only which included "vacuum and wipe down of everything". You can clearly see neither of these tasks were done very well at all. I did not complain, because I would just rather take my business elsewhere but based on my two experiences, I do not recommend this place.
What a hidden gem! I always wash my own cars, because I love them too much to always be running through drive-through car washes. BUT with limited time, I had to find a place quick. I found Aqua and was immediately greeted at the door by owner, Ricardo- a straightforward and kind gentleman. $45 for a basic wash (it’s a big truck, after all) includes exterior/interior/wheels/tires- this is a great price already! The place wasn’t all that impressive, but I was there for a car wash- nothing more. Watching their team go to work, I was quickly impressed! These guys do this on a daily basis and yet, their meticulous approach to cleaning had me feeling like they actually cared about my truck as if it were their own. You don’t find this approach at many other car wash places, including those that “specialize in luxury and exotics cars” (translation: an excuse to overcharge). While in the waiting area, I spoke with two other patrons who’d been using Aqua for years. Their feedback, plus the results of my truck? I’m sold- I will be back with my other vehicle, and will DEFINITELY be recommending to my friends and family! Thanks again, Ricardo, to you and the team! UPDATE- same day*** Grampa saw my Tundra, and decided he wanted to have his ‘04 Tacoma babied a little bit. Thanks again, Aqua team!
This was my first time ever getting a detail cleaning (I’ve had this car since 2016) and let me tell you, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in, easy to understand pricing. I told the owner what I needed and was charged for just that which was VERY reasonable. The finish was breath taking! They took pride in their work and really did the job right! My car was no easy challenge by any means. Down to the the detail! I'm so impressed with the work and heart this company did for my car. They outdid themselves and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! The owner is very respectful and patient with all my questions. I wish I had taken before pictures because the finish product doesn’t do justice. I’m so very happy. Thank you y’all. Don’t even hesitate, just do IT! They’re ones for any job!
