I found evidence of a mouse in my nearly new car (only 4month old but we have a toddler and he leaves crumbs) and I scheduled a detail. They refuse to clean a car that has ever had a mouse in it. They said their policy is to never detail cars that have ever had pests, or vomit. Well I have a toddler so looks like I’ve had both. We spot clean the car but really need a deep clean. This is not the place to go. Fair warning to those who have cars that need detailing, this is probably not the place to go .
Car wash was 2 mins max and horrible! My car came out dirtier than when it went in. My car was still dirty and dried with tons of water spots. Do not recommend and not worth the $20. HEB car wash is way better!
Fastest car wash I've ever gone through and not in a good way. My car was not as clean and was a lot wetter than usual upon exit. I had to try multiple vacuums before I found one that had good suction. Definitely not worth $15.
I didn't get my car washed here but I do want to brag on Matthew and Maggie. I got a flat tire on the side of 288 and had to use the restroom. They were very welcoming and let me come in and use their restroom and also offered me a bottled water. Even though my husband was already on the way to change the tire.. Matthew offered to change the tire for me. I really appreciate their kindness and caring attitude. I will definitely be coming to get my car washed here when I get it off the side of the road 😂
Overall I would recommend. I want to highlight their Engine Clean service. Took my Expedition in for an Engine clean. 10/10 would recommend… $60 for engine clean (price with unlimited wash subscription), and it came with an exterior wash, “armor all”, and interior vacuum. If you are thinking about it, do it, your daily driver deserves it lol. My unlimited wash subscription is good too, it’s affordable. Gave it 4 of 5 stars because the car wash in general stands to be improved. Upgrade/replace the scrubbers, vacuums, and exit blowers. The car wash is busy so I get wear and tear happens faster than the norm, but still. Also sometimes the water smells. Leaving off on a positive note. There is a young lady (wears eye glasses) at the register who is super helpful, patient and kind, shout out to her.
