This car wash is great, and I love how close they are to my house. Service is quick and friendly, with cleaning options ranging from a super basic car wash to a deluxe wash with complete showroom detail. I did the basic wash and self vacuum today, and I am so happy with how clean my car is! (Especially with all the grit and salt on the road from the ice). The attendant even drew a little doodle on the window for a car in front of me with kids! Great service, great clean, great value!
First time visit. Basic wash got my car really clean! Window cleaner, all purpose cleaner, and towels are available at the free Vacuums! Very clean facility as well! Thank you so much Lay (She was so friendlyand easy to talk too! Give her a raise!!) See you next time!
Today is Friday, and I just stopped in here to get my car.Wash and Beth the attendant what's so delightful and sweet? She gave me the best customer service ever. I love coming here.\n She is what makes people come back and I will be coming back because of her sweet customer service and her knowledge. I refer a lot of my customers to you all but beth needs to be recognized because she's very pleasant with the customers and very , very sweet!! I Will be back to see her and your wonderful car wash!!
Mediocre service at a premium price. First off the attendant tried to upsell me for a membership and was miffed that I did not agree. I only wanted an interior and exterior service and paid $60 for the: Ultimate Care Exterior Wash Tar Removal Vacuum Interior Blow Out Floorboards Wipe Down Dash, Center Console, & Door Panels Clean Windows They were not busy and it took an hour. When I checked in and paid I was told no more than 30 minutes as there was only 1 car ahead of me since they had only been open an hour. They did a pretty decent job vacuuming and wiping down the interior. Very poor job with the exterior though. Wheel wells lower doors and rocker panel areas were not cleaned. If they had done a good job wiping it down, they would have seen this. Since I was in a hurry, I did not have time to inspect it before I left. Frankly, I should not have to! Bottom line: *Make sure you have a least an hour *Make sure you inspect the whole car, do a walk around The company should focus more on doing a good job than on securing the recurring revenue of overpriced memberships/ subscriptions. If they did a good job upfront, the satisfied repeat customers would generate their recurring revenue.
Wonderful experience… first time back since rebuild. You get corralled into a ticket both with the lowest price on their services being 50$ (basic wash and someone vacuums the car). That is what I wanted but the last time I got it it was 25. So I said no to which she pulls out another service menu, for the poor people. Didn’t explain it just showed it to me and asked what I wanted. I guessed. And said the second highest on the list, 25$. Then told me to pull forward where it was basically a gas station car wash with one attendant cleaning one side of the car only. When through it, took 90 seconds, and I’m done. Got home, car is not clean. Bugs still on windshield, dirt and pollen in multiple places and just over what I would expect from a 2.99 car wash, not 25. Will never go back. I suggest you don’t go either.
