This is 3rd time I have been cheated out of a additional $8 . I have followed the instructions on the machine when using a CC and yet I get charged $10 for a $2 wash.
Came on Christmas, they didn’t work wasted 4 dollars and they tried to charge me 10 when I swiped my card.
Tried using the card machine on 3 different stalls. None worked at all. Just said verifying card then wanted me to put cash in.
I ve worked next to this place for 6 years .Not well maintained and sometimes even runs out of soap. If you lose your money in one of the machines dont bother calling the number noone has ever called me back and the same machines are broken for as long as I ve been going there .ok in a pinch or if its close to your location but if your looking for a good car wash that is well maintained.This isnt it .This car wash sucks.
Been using this place since my first car in 1992! Just recently moved back to Rowlett & shocked to see it looks exactly the same! We take our 30’ travel trailer here a lot after trips, especially beach trips to wash all the salt & sand off. Machines work ok- just wish the hoses were LONGER!! It’s so hard even whipping it back & forth between my hubs & me, always have to scoot the trailer up 5 ft just to finish rinsing! PLEASE upgrade your stuff & at least add longer hoses on even just ONE stall??
