Nice family owned business. Options to either self-vacuum with individual bays or get their detailing service. I tried their starter detailing and will be back to do more. The manager Matt, was awesome and made sure everything was perfect.
Couldn’t remove simple bug juice! You drive in, they inspect the car, pick a wash out package and pay. When they were done which took about a while 15 minutes (not busy-now I know why). Asked the manager about removing the bugs, he says before he even sees the horrible wash job, we charge extra for that. SMH. Then he looks at the car and says oh, those can’t be removed. So I drive home and washed them off in 5 minutes (including setup time). Lesson learned-will never be back and will continue washing my own cars.
Been coming here for a couple of years. I always drop my car for a basic interior/exterior and pick it back up. Cost has been $79. Never once had a problem doing so, though I will say the last couple times it wasn't as clean as the first couple times. This morning I went to drop my car and was met with a very rude attendant. I advised I was in a hurry due to an upcoming meeting and dropping the car for later pickup. He proceeded to slowly go around the car opening all doors and hatch. Then said I need to pick a service. I said, "I usually get basic interior/exterior and pick it back up later. The prices say, "starting at", what's the full price for each?" He started talking about upcharging for vehicle size and pet hair. I said, "That's fine..I just need to know a full price." He literally WALKED AWAY FROM ME saying he was going to help someone else. Mid conversation, despite knowing I was in a hurry and not giving prices. I left. Guess they've lost my business.
I took my white Tesla with a white leather interior to Woodlands Auto Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team handled everything with such care, and they did an exceptional job. My car looks flawless, and the interior is sparkling and fresh. The attention to detail was top-notch, especially on the white leather, which can be tricky to maintain. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication to making my car look its best. Highly recommend Woodlands Auto Spa for anyone looking to keep their vehicle in pristine condition!
Had sprays and washclothes, vacuums worked well enough. The car wash we paid $17 for did not even clean our windshield or mirrors 🙄 . I was so focused on cleaning interior after, that I didn't even notice until we were driving how dirty they still were. Super frustrating. The exterior job wasn't that impressive either.
