Hands down the best car wash in town. Amazing customer service and incredible results every time. You can tell they really care about doing a good job.
Brittany did an absolutely amazing job at the car wash. From the moment I pulled in, she was professional, friendly, and extremely attentive to detail. She made sure every part of my car was spotless — inside and out. The shine on my car looked brand new, and you can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find someone who works this hard and still keeps such a positive attitude. Brittany truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave happy. If you’re coming to this car wash, I highly recommend asking for her. She’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back!
This is what the $80 mini detail gets you. Was told that included washing the floor mats, all they did was blow them off with air.
DO NOT SIGN UP I signed up for a basic monthly car wash plan for $25 on October 28, 2025. At no point did I authorize or request an upgrade. However, when reviewing my bank statements, I discovered that my subscription was changed without my consent to the Super Shine plan, charging $43 in November and December, and $44 in January. What prompted me to look into this more closely was seeing another review from Sam Haddadin describing the exact same issue, which raised serious concerns about a pattern rather than a one-time mistake. I went in person to address this and spoke with a supervisor Alejandro. Unfortunately, the experience only made things worse. The supervisor was condescending and immediately tried to blame me. When I asked him to pull up receipts, he admitted that it appeared the employee (Enrique) who signed me up had made a mistake. From there, the situation became extremely unprofessional. The supervisor called his coworker Enrique and later his manager Edgar, both conversations were in Spanish while they were laughing, clearly knowing I couldn’t understand. When I asked to speak to the manager directly, I was told that I was not allowed to, and that the manager would maybe call me in a week after “checking cameras.” I explained that no investigation was needed — the issue was simply that my subscription was changed without my knowledge and I had been overcharged roughly $130 over three months. When I said I would escalate the issue to corporate, the supervisor laughed and then asked me to leave the store. I’ll be honest — I was frustrated and did raise my voice. But being upset over unauthorized charges does not justify being laughed at, blamed, dismissed, or kicked out. The lack of accountability and professionalism here is unacceptable, especially given that this exact issue has happened to other customers. I strongly recommend checking your bank statements carefully if you sign up here. Until Coronation Auto Spa takes responsibility and addresses these subscription changes transparently, I cannot recommend this business.
I signed up for a membership after being clearly told by an employee that the monthly charge would be $21. Shortly after, I was charged $44 and $43 without any notice or authorization. This feels like fraudulent and scam-like behavior. The pricing was changed without my consent, and I was charged twice for amounts I never agreed to. I have requested to cancel my membership and receive a refund for the overcharges. Very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to carefully review their statements if they sign up here.
