Stephanie truly goes above and beyond. She made sure I had the right plan for services for my ladies car and always just had a friendly appearance which is perfect for customer service. This car wash location is by far the best location to wash at, I love the power in the vacuums, the cleaning options for your car at self service spaces are superior to anywhere else you was your car. Thank you for providing excellent service and opportunities for car cleaning at this location.
Shiny Shell is the only car wash I have been using for years. The wash is thorough and I especially like the cleaning sprays available at the vacuums. They have a light, fresh smell and do such a good job cleaning Upholstry. Their vacuums are well maintained and always have good suction and can get into tiny crevices. Stephanie was especially helpful and cheerful today answering my questions.
Today was my first visit to Shiny Shell, and I wish I had known I could get a free car wash to try it out. The lines were crazy long, and there was no way to escape without paying for and getting a car wash. I wonder if they intentionally have the lines BEHIND the building so that you can't see until you are stuck. It would all have been worth it had the car wash been amazing - which it wasn't. I took the photo as soon as I left, because the first thing I noticed was my dirty windshield. They should be able to do better than that!
Love this car wash, I think I got a membership the week it opened. They’ve kept a high bar ever since. Vacuums are top notch! Staff is super nice. We were in between buying new cars and Stephanie was super kind and sent us through for a free wash while I was borrowing my sisters car. Thanks!!
Drove up to the bay with my little Dachshund who loves the car wash and is figuring out how to roll down the window. This cool guy named Gus gave us a big spray on the grill and then told me to “Roll up your window!” Once in the bay my dog was able to attack another window before I got the lock engaged. Gus saved me again when my old car battery went dead while using the vacuum. Rad dude, great wash, fun time!
