I just had Caleb come to our house and redo Someone’s else’s work. We have a 2019 Honda odyssey and 4 kids. It’s been through some stuff. Caleb did an amazing job and he took his time to get the details. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning. Way to go! Thanks for coming and making our car look amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Cost of professional detail; outcome of hiring a high schooler to do the job. Literally the most basic detail service you can get. Expect, car mats to be left with dirt. Rubber under mats put back in, wet. Lackluster attention to detail. Cleaner spray spots on dash. Did not even wipe down the leather seats, left multiple spots like the ones in my attached pictures. I went and used a wash rag and water, and those immediately went away, so clearly he didn't even attempt. Did he clean my truck? Yeah, It's somewhat clean, but definitely not detailed. The website shows professional work vehicles, uniformed employees; you'll get tiny white truck with basic equipment, and someone who learned how to run a vacuum machine, and squirt a water bottle. I would definitely consider other options before choosing this company. I'm in Davis county, and maybe that's part of the issue. Even still, if I pay for a detail, I expect a detail.
Not super impressed! We will cut him some slack because the water was freezing at the beginning of the day but it warmed up enough that it wasn’t at the end! But the inside seats definitely weren’t dressed like they were with other detailing companies, there are still marks on the inside of the windows, the chairs don’t feel fully wiped down! All in all not super impressed
Jaden came and detailed my car and was awesome! He did such a thorough job! He was communicative about his arrival time within the hour and minutes before his arrival, which was so appreciated! I will definitely be having Sunny detailing come back to detail my cars again!
I wanted to treat myself by getting my car detailed, but my experience with Sunny Car Detailing was a total nightmare. The technician, Anthony, showed up 20 minutes late, in jeans with no company identification or marked vehicle, and immediately said he had no water for the exterior wash. He spent almost an hour knocking on my door asking for tools instead of just refilling from my hose — something he eventually realized he could’ve done the whole time. After three hours, he said he was done with the interior, but it still had crumbs, dirt, sand, and stains. My trunk hatch wasn’t even touched, and he pointed out a mat as “finished” that was still half stained. He said his manager would contact me to schedule the exterior detail for the next morning — but no one ever did. I had to reach out across multiple platforms before finally getting a late-night automated confirmation, not an actual person. The next morning, no one showed up. Later, I got a voicemail saying he couldn’t get into the shop and needed to reschedule. My calls were declined multiple times, and when I finally got a response, they still sent Anthony back even though I said I didn’t want him. He was late again and left without saying a word. I only knew he was done because of an automated message. My car still had water spots, dirty mirrors, a dead bug inside the windshield, stains, dirt under mats, and scuffs on the roof liner. When I tried to speak to the manager, he refused to call at a time that worked for me, saying he leaves by 3 PM, and then ghosted me entirely. Even after rearranging my schedule for them 3 other times. I’ve worked in the home service industry for 9 years and understand things happen — but this was beyond unprofessional. Sunny Car Detailing does not care about quality or customer service. They’ll waste your time, use your water and power, ignore your calls, and still leave your car dirty. Do not use Sunny Car Detailing.
