I recently had my truck fully detailed and ceramic coated by the team at Metropolitan and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail was amazing and the quality of the ceramic coating really shows. My truck looks better than when I first got it the paint is super glossy and everything was cleaned perfectly inside and out. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. The service was professional, communication was great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Metropolitan to anyone looking for high-quality detailing or ceramic coating. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
OCDetailing in the Bay Area recommended Metropolitan Detail when I moved to Seattle three years ago, and I’ve been bringing my Macan here ever since. Metropolitan Detail completed a full suite of services on my Macan: CQuartz Finest Reserve, Second Stage Polish, Glassparency, DLUX for wheels and calipers, interior detailing, and PDR for a small dent on rear passenger door. Lee and Charles are outstanding, professional, transparent, and skilled at their craft. When Lee inspected my car to determine how much polishing it needed, he noticed a 1-inch dent on the rear passenger door and suggested a PDR solution on the spot, saving me the hassle of making a separate trip to another shop. When I picked up my car and casually chatted with Charles about PPF on a 911, he personally gave me a tour of their new workspace next door and showed me their work on a collection of cars (e.g., Porsche, Maserati, Ferrari). Not once have I felt pressured into unnecessary add-ons or upsells. These men genuinely care about their work and quality. I'm extremely happy with the CQuartz, and I fancy bringing my next upgrade here for PPF. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I wanted to add window tint, Paint Protection Film, and Ceramic Coating for our new Tesla Model Y. All my research pointed me here. Lee and his partner were super responsive over email - not only providing me a quote, but answering all of my questions. In person they were very low key, highly knowledgable, and just fun to talk to. As a parent, I appreciated the loaner car. It was nothing fancy, a Kia Soul I think, but the thought of going several days without a car was a nightmare - so thank you very much for that! Lastly, their shop was immaculately clean with great lighting, and the finished product was flawless. They did a great job wrapping the PPF around edges, and in the rare place they needed to add a seam, you can't see it. Very skilled team, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Charles was able to answer all of my questions via email and was very flexible with scheduling my appointment in light of delivery delays. They applied front end, roof, rocker panel and wheel well PPF, a ceramic coating and window tints on my new M2. It came out excellent and I would highly recommend bringing your car here!
