I called to inquire about getting a full detail with paint correction and the representative who answered said I would need to come in person for an estimate. I drove 30 minutes to get an estimate and then waited for 20 minutes for Miguel. Miguel never showed up. I understand things happen but I had planned time out of my workday. I gave them the courtesy to let them know he never showed up and I had to leave to get back to work. I was told Miguel was probably working on something else. I wasted an hour of time only to come away empty handed.

Our experience with Andrew and his detailer was over and above great service. They helped us get our Navy son’s jeep on its way to Italy. I can’t say enough about their understanding about the situation we found ourselves in.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!! I called on a Monday to check availability. I was told Thurs/Fri were wide open. I brought my Jeep in Thurs @ 8am & received a call around 3pm that, "they were a bit behind & needed to keep my vehicle a few more hours on Friday." For starters...they need to warn customers (upon scheduling) that THEY MAY HAVE YOUR CAR FOR TWO DAYS, so that people can plan accordingly. Luckily, I had a spare company vehicle to drive home. Friday @ 2pm rolls around...I call to check on the status & sure enough, "We're behind, it won't be ready until 5pm." I'm rightfully annoyed at this point, because now another business owner in the building has to wait after work 3 extra hours on a Friday, to kindly take me over there. Detail Central did offer a "shuttle service", but I'm personally not comfortable with that. They were just pulling the Jeep out upon my arrival. Only when I expressed my DEEP irritation with the situation, and the fact that I had to last minute cancel an appointment that I waited 1.5 months for (with a nice $100 late cancellation fee), did he seem apologetic and offer a discount. I didn't request and/or need the $88 discount but it is what it is. As a small business owner myself, I completely understand delays happen, however when one of my employees is running late or we have to reschedule, I immediately call the customer and greatly apologize for the inconvenience & amend the situation in any way possible. These people could care less if they inconvenience you! AFTER GETTING THE JEEP HOME: 1. There was still sap spots on the exterior of the car 2. The seats were SO wet, that my pants were soaked & the following day the interior of the windshield (front/back) had water droplets all over it, which then created nice white spots after it dried. I had to clean all interior windows again & my husband had to put a heater in it over night to dry it out. 3. Whatever they used to clean the weather tech floor liners is as slippery as olive oil...so beware that when you get back out, your boots will be just as slippery. 4. Whatever they use on the exterior of the windshield, will proceed to blind the ever loving crap out of you when you use your windshield wipers & oncoming car lights blind you. SUPER DANGEROUS!!!! I used my windshield wiper fluid 3 times & it barely helped. I had to wipe my entire windshield (front/back) with glass cleaner, take it through a car was AND get new wipers. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! None of the companies in my building, that have fleets, will be using this place anymore. I'm also going to share my experience with my BNI chapter, to warn the other 60 business owners. Find a different place people!

I had a terrible experience at Detail Central. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for customer service. The quality of their work was subpar, and they actually damaged my car during the detailing process. When I expressed my concerns, they threatened to call the police if I didn't stop complaining. I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the hassle and find a place that values its customers.

We chose the signature package for our Nissan Altima and I couldn't be happier, our car looks like the day we purchased it 3 years ago. Their pricing is very accessible for the options available compared to others. The customer service was also top tier, I had to reschedule my service 2x times due to conflicts and each time I called the staff were professional and helpful, I also appreciate how they look at your car with you to make sure the package you requested will yield your personal desired results. 10/10 don't hesitate and book with them, you will not regret it.
