I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We were stuck at the kiosk line for about 25 minutes, with multiple cars and trucks backed up behind us. Meanwhile, the other lane was moving somehow, but no staff member came out to manage the situation or clear the traffic. There was absolutely no assistance provided. After finally getting through, we moved forward only to find the shutter closed while staff were cleaning inside. We ended up waiting another 10 minutes with no communication at all. Waiting this long for a car wash with zero coordination or customer support is simply unreasonable. Basic traffic management and communication could have prevented this entire situation. The service quality and on-ground management need serious improvement. Customers’ time should be respected. I strongly hope management looks into this and ensures someone is assigned outside to handle peak-time traffic and customer concerns. Very disappointing experience.
UPDATE 02/01/26 - I love this place, I always make sure to stop here. Elijah is an angel and was so friendly and informative. Who knew you could get such great service at a car wash?! ==== I love ModWash and my most recent visit I met Angelo and he brought the best energy - engaging and kind!
Great place! Great staff! My first time there I was greeted by the manager Angelo. Super nice guy. He helped me pick out the best wash for my car. My car was covered with road salt, and to my surprise the car wash took all the salt off. I highly recommend this car wash. I will be back.
Great carwash! Work vehicle always comes out looking great. Customer service is always spot on. Angelo was very personable and helpful with getting me set up!
I want to give a big shoutout to Angelo at ModWash! He was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work and genuinely care about customers. Thanks to Angelo, my car looked amazing and I left with a smile. ModWash is lucky to have him on their team!
