Tri City Labz applied a ceramic coating on my 2024 Toyota Tundra limited truck. And it really “popped” the pearl white paint on my Tundra. Tim and his crew were very professional and I’m completely satisfied with their work and this product. I highly recommend Tri City Labz for anyone looking to improve the appearance of their vehicle. I have a Chevrolet Corvette that is going to get this ceramic coating.
Crew was friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Chase gave me a ride to my home so I wouldn't have to wake my wife to come and get me. 5 year Ceramic coating application was completed in a little more than half a day. They called and told me it was finished, but recommended I leave it overnight due to weather which called for rain. Picked it up at noon the next day and it was a super good job. My black Subaru Outback was glossier than when I purchased it...and it had a dealer installed ceramic coating as well. Can't recommend Tri-City Auto Labz enough. Good job guys.
Awesome work done by awesome people! I took them my 26 RAM 3500, and had a 5 yr cereramic coat down. They really went above and beyond, truck looks absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend working with them, great communication!!! Awesome work, thank you so much!!!
First time customer here, I purchased the interior detailing service for a car I just bought from an auction and I have some mixed feelings. First things first: the positives. Tim’s communication and overall friendly demeanor was refreshing and the best I’ve experienced in the industry so far and their prices are very fair. No problems there. In regards to the service, they did a great job cleaning and polishing the dashboard, stereo, floormats, most of the trim, and all of the crumbs between the seats got taken care of. The problems I have are with the upholstery (seats and doors), and certain areas of the trim it looks like they just didn’t bother trying to clean, and I wasn’t given a walkthrough of what they did after the service (possibly because they wanted to get home, I got there 10 mins after close since I dropped the car off at 10 am and they didn’t let me know when the car was finished until 4:10). There were still stains and gunk on the gear selector, parking brake, and seatbelts. My biggest issue was with the seats, they looked like they were still filthy and looked like they’d barely been touched. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe the stains in the seats were deep seeded and really hard to get out so I stopped at home depot after picking up the car and I scrubbed the seats with some cleaner, a brush, and rags and got the majority of the stains out. Anyways long story short I wish the best for Auto Labz and I think they definitely know what they’re doing and they could’ve done a better job on my car especially after seeing some of their other reviews
Tim did a great job with an unconventional request to repsray my BWM headlight washer cover. The new one I ordered only had primer on and needed completely repainting to match the paintwork. He was really polite, communicative, and got the job done in just a few days. I'll definitely be using him again to keep the rest of my paintwork looking 👌
