This is a very high quality business. They sell a range of products and services ranging from very good to excellent. They were super helpful and did not try to up-sell me to the highest end options just “because”. They also offer, and honor, an annual touch-up and application of an additional layer of coating. This costs them a lot of money in the firm of time and they have been great about it, even reminding me when I’ve been eligible for this benefit across both of the two cars that they’ve worked on for me.
Wanted to give a shout out to Mike for the work he has done on my 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport vehicle. He did an amazing job for the annual ceramic coating gold package I have done every year and also had the headlights redone defogging them. Overall everything came out amazing! Would definitely recommend bringing in your vehicle, the professionalism and work done is top level! Thank you again Mike!
Mike, the manager at the Tukwila location, was genuinely great to work with. He was laid-back, approachable, and provided excellent customer service—easily a 10/10. He communicated clearly throughout the process and took the time to explain details about my car, including pointing out areas that had been previously repainted. He was upfront about how those areas might not respond to paint correction the same way as the rest of the vehicle, which I appreciated. He also made accommodations by matching competitors by adding extras to my package to earn my business, which says a lot about his commitment to customer satisfaction. That said, my main concern was the final outcome of the paint correction and exterior detail. While I understand my car is about 10 years old and I’m not an expert on paint correction, the results appeared somewhat inconsistent around the vehicle. In hindsight, I realize I should have asked more clarifying questions beforehand and specifically pointed out certain problem areas I was hoping to see improved. Additionally, although my package included a full exterior detail, some areas seemed to be missed or not cleaned as thoroughly as others—specifically the area under the trunk handle, the crease between the trunk and bumper, and the rear diffuser. On a positive note, they did vacuum the interior even though it wasn’t part of my package, which I appreciated. Overall, great customer service and transparency, if you really want to see a night and day difference on your cars paint, definitely go the more expensive route on their packages, get repainted, or just buy a brand new car.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible job on the detail as always! APC is truly the best in town. They’re extremely responsive, great at communicating, and their ceramic work on my Benz G63 was flawless. I’ll always bring all my cars here and continue sending referrals. Their attention to detail and pride in their craft really set them apart. If you want your car looking its absolute best, this is the place to go.
Outstanding service from APC setting my i7 up for easy maintenance washes throughout my lease term with the “Sport” coating package. Went with them for window tint as well and the whole package came together nicely. Professional people, incredible service, and highly competitive rates.
