I bought a car detail from Elite Finish for my daughter (mother of three) for her birthday. The mom van looks brand new! Conner was on time, courteous, professional and friendly. The service was super easy to book. I shopped around before booking with Elite and assure that they are a great deal. It's an added bonus that Elite comes to you - couldn't be more convenient. I can't wait for my daughter to see her surprise!

Conner did an absolutely incredible job with the ceramic coating on my car. The finish looks unreal—glossy, smooth, and better than brand new. Every detail was perfectly done, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Conner was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality ceramic coating.
UPDATE: No pictures of “pre-existing” damage were shown. Only a far away picture zoomed in picture and clearly nothing there. In regards of arrival time, I did indeed arrive at 8am. Not sure how making excuses for poor quality work instead of trying to resolve the matter is going to help but that’s I guess how this company policy is. I used Elite Finish for a full interior and exterior detailing service, and I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way my concerns were handled afterward. First, it appears they used a standard pressure washer rather than hand washing the exterior, which resulted in damage to my vehicle, although it was written in the description that they "hand wash" the vehicles. The owner has refused to take responsibility for this. Second, what they call a “full detailing service” was obviously nothing more than a quick wipe-down with a microfiber towel and a vacuum. True detailing requires deep cleaning, which was not provided. When I raised this issue with the owner, he claimed that “restoring” services must be purchased separately—something never mentioned before. I dropped off my car at 8am- it was ready at 12pm. Please note I have a pick up truck and went for interior/exterior detailing service. In the end, I was charged $400 for what amounted to a pressure wash, a quick wipe, and a vacuum. That is not detailing; it’s something I could have done myself. I ultimately had to bring my vehicle to another detailing company, and the difference in quality was night and day. The owner of Elite Finish told me the detailing does NOT include any hard to reach areas and should be billed separately. How come? A detailing service to not include detail cleaning. It was definitely my fault not inspecting the car thoroughly before paying and this one is definitely on me but the way my concern was handled afterwards and no responsibility taken by the company I thought people should be aware of this experience that I have gone through.
Elite Finish is an excellent example of amazing customer service and top quality car detailing. Connor made for a great first time experience using mobile detailing. He was quick to respond, his prices were fair, and his work was impeccable. They arrived right on time, had everything ready to go and got right to work.
