Excellent! i connected with Jeremy at VanCours based on a friend's recommendation and found him knowledgeable and courteous. I scheduled an appointment for window tinting and stereo installation on a Friday. Due to my wife’s scheduling conflict, the drop-off was delayed by 6 hours, but Jeremy accommodated the change and adjusted the schedule accordingly. The window tinting was completed over the weekend, but the stereo installation was delayed until after the holiday. Jeremy later informed me that the stereo installation was not possible due to the car’s fiber optic wiring, not a common issue with BMWs and certain aftermarket stereos. When I picked up the car, Jeremy was polite but somewhat reserved, and the shop’s workmanship was excellent. Overall, I recommend VanCours for auto upgrades despite the hiccups. Customer Service: Jeremy demonstrated good communication and flexibility by adjusting the schedule to fit my needs. Technical Expertise: The shop recognized the limitations posed by my BMW’s fiber optic wiring, which prevented a successful stereo installation with an Amazon “compatible” stereo. Quality of Work: The window tinting was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Scheduling Challenges: Delays “my fault”occurred due to timing and technical issues, but Jeremy kept me informed throughout.
I dropped off my 2007 Tundra for a complete detail, including a polish on the cap. I picked it up at the end of the day, from top to bottom and front to back, my 18-yr old truck looked gorgeous! Then I opened the door. It was spotless, all the dog hair, dust, dirt was gone. The interior seemed to glow. I was very, very pleased with the attention to detail. Starting with service at the counter to picking up our truck at the end of the day, it was an excellent experience. Based on my experience, I highly recommend VanCour's for auto detailing. Thanks guys for taking such good care of my truck.
Very happy with their service. I took a long road trip with my husky who sheds quite a bit so my car was in rough shape from all the hair. I called and scheduled just a vacuuming. They were able to get me in next day and vacuumed that mess up within a couple hours. My car looks like nothing was ever wrong. Very impressed customer here! I'll definitely be back for a more intense detailing
Our car had severe water spot damage from our sprinklers and Scott and his team were able to fit us in on short notice and do a water spot removal treatment with a three step buff and wax . No more water spots and car looks brand new. Highly recommend Vancour’s for your auto detailing.
