Brandon has been awesome for everything Ive come to him for assistance with. He continues to be a wealth of information as well as a trusted advisor for all things vehicle care! Ive had him detail my previous Tacoma to perfection and could not have veen happier with how that turned out. His attention to detail is top notch and he addressed all my needs. Of note, he went out of his way to really go a great job vacuuming out pet hair, as I have an amstaff mix dog that owns her back seat. Those little hairs weave themselves into things and are a REAL pita. He did great! Next I will be hiring him and his shop for a protective coatings on my new 2025 Tacoma. Wheel treatments, glass and paint protection, etc. Also they do window tinting, so im going to be going a bit darker than stock! Can't wait! Anyway, 100% highly recommend Brandon and his work! He's for sure on top of his game and you will not be disappointed!
Brought in a Black '17 Subaru Forrester. It had scratches on the passenger side, swirl marks all over and just needed some serious TLC. I got a touch-up of color coded paint at a suggested place in Tacoma for like $20. We did a complete premium package. I was STUNNED when I went to pickup the car. It looked outstanding. Scratches were dang near gone. You had to get RIGHT UP CLOSE and even then you had to look close. Inside looked like new and outside was awesome. THANK YOU so much. My Wife and I loved the work you did.
I had been encouraged to contact Straight Line Detailing for work on my vintage cars, and Brandon and Casey fully lived up to their great reputation! The 58-year old paint on my 1965 Buick Wildcat was tired, with lots of chips, scratches, cracking, and crazing. They worked carefully to bring back the car's original beauty, while protecting and preserving the original paint. I was blown away to view the car after their work; the car is beautifully transformed! I requested the ten-year ceramic coating, and am confident that this will minimize upkeep and maintain the shine for the years ahead.
Purchased/picked up the car this past Saturday. Drove it home Sunday. Dropped it off Monday for ceramic coat. Picked up this Tuesday morning. Looking AMAZING. I came here via a recommendation from a friend who has taken multiple vehicles here and recommended multiple friends/family. I felt confident the work performed would be extremely high quality and I was not disappointed in the slightest. I would recommend Straight Line to anyone looking to have their vehicle taken care of in the most professional and experienced manner. I will be coming back here again in the future.
Wow! Thank you Brandon and Team, my car looks amazing. My dog decide to scratch the drivers and passengers doors to try and get in to my 3 week old car. I called Brandon who told me to bring my car right in so he can have a look. He not only dropped what he was doing to explain what he may be able to do, he got right to work. After about 20 minutes there were no signs of the scratches. I immediately booked my ceramic coating and just picked up my car and I’m so impressed. My car looks better than when I took it off the lot. Great customer service, awesome communication and very prompt in delivering stellar results. Thanks again, you’ve earned a loyal customer.
