So far scheduling has been great, we have an appointment coming up to clean and ceramic coat our truck. The customer service has been professional and they listen to your concerns. My wife and I drove over to see the shop before taking the truck over, it is beautiful and well taken care of. If that is any indication of his attention to detail we will be very happy with the outcome. I will post again after the work has been done. I will also post pictures. So we got our truck back today wow fast turn around and quality work. They also tinted the front window to match the rest of the truck. I purchased window guards on the internet and I just had shoulder surgery and asked them if they would be able to help me put them on so I don't mess up the tinting or the ceramic coating, he said not a problem with no hesitation. Great place and very happy across the board and would recommend this shop to my friends.
I am a repeat customer at Superior Auto Shine. I like to refer to myself as a Superior Auto Shine OG. Jason and Raphael are both great guys and easy to talk to and most importantly do great work. They treat your car as if it's their own, They've built a great crew around them and all of them have done exceptional work on my 2024 Model Y. On this car, I had the ceramic window tint, full front end wrap and 5 year ceramic coating, or as I like to call it, "The Trifecta." I've previously had my Tesla Model 3 and a C7 Corvette ceramic coated by Superior Auto Shine, so clearly I'm a repeat customer and that is because I know they're going to take great care of whatever car I bring them and having it looking tip top. Both my Tesla and Corvette had to have coatings re-applied due to one being in an accident and the other, the dealership left clear coat scratches by sliding something across the trunk. Both times, Superior Auto Shine was able to bring my cars back to their showroom look again! Jason and Raphael have amazed me over and over, and I am a customer for life. If you are considering the services they offer, stop considering and go for it. You'll have no regrets! This is your last stop for protecting your paint, tinting your windows and lastly making your vehicle sparkle and shine. 100% recommend Superior Auto Shine.
