Smart Motors has top notch customer service hands down! We drove from 2 hours away with 3 local Toyota dealerships within 30 minutes of us. AJ was an amazing sales manager from beginning to end. He listens to you, communicates well, gets the job done and even comes in on his day off! Brandon was just as amazing and took the time to explain the ins and outs of all the features on our new Grand Highlander. Overall experience above a 5 star!! They were great! Shout-out to Paul for helping me out ASAP. I came in an hour before close not ready at all and he stayed with me till we got everything for a quick deal in the morning. I didn't feel safe driving my car without some winter tires that day so they have me a loaner until I was ready. Fantastic service!
I would highly recommend this dealership and especially their sales manager Ron miller. I have been in sales for over 30 years and have always greatly despised purchasing a new car and the whole “process”. It was refreshing how laid back and straight forward the entire process was. No high pressure and didn’t waste my time along with treating me fair on the trade in as well. First time purchasing from them and won’t hesitate to come back to them next time. Hi HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Linda Garcia at Smart Motors. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. She isn't pushy and she always has a great attitude. She helped me purchase my new car as well as my sons. It was a great experience both times. I have a brain injury so at times it's hard for me to grasp or understand all the information being thrown at me. Linda always took that into consideration, and took the time to explain things to me in a way I could fully process. She wanted to make sure I understood everything she was explaining before my purchase. From my experience sales people do what they can to get you in and out as quick as possible. This definitely was not the case with Linda. If I am ever looking for a other vehicle I will definitely go back to Linda as well as refer any friends or family to her.
